BuildAnOnlineBusiness.io’s services include Digital Marketing and Content Creation. These services come with a price, however, we do offer our Business Blog and other related resources for free. Our service is designed to help you build an online business and generate more revenue online. The following documents you should be read and reviewed frequently. The following terms and conditions govern all use of the BuildAnOnlineBusiness.io website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, (collectively called, our Services). This means that all services are currently being offered by Jef van de Graaf as a freelance service provider. You will be invoiced accordingly and your agreement to use the Website is with Jef van de Graaf. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use any of our services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by BuildAnOnlineBusiness, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Our Services are not directed to children younger than 13, and access and use of our Services are only offered to users 13 years of age or older. By posting or uploading Submissions to the Website, you grant the BuildAnOnlineBusiness a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to: (i) use, reproduce, store, adapt, translate, modify, make derivative works from, transmit, distribute, publicly perform or display such Submissions for any purpose; and (ii) to sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights. In addition to the grant of the above license, you hereby (i) agree to waive all moral rights in any Submission in favor of BuildAnOnlineBusiness; (ii) consent to your name, address and e-mail appearing as the contributor of any submission, where applicable, and to the disclosure and/or display of such information and any other information which appears in or is associated with a submission; (iii) acknowledge and agree that BuildAnOnlineBusiness is not responsible for any loss, damage, or corruption that may occur to your Submissions; and (iv) acknowledge and agree that any Submissions you provide for display on the Website will be considered non-confidential.
BuildAnOnlineBusiness may review Submissions before they are posted. BuildAnOnlineBusiness may refuse to post any Submission to the Website. BuildAnOnlineBusiness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit or remove any Submission, whether or not the Submission is in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that BuildAnOnlineBusiness may, in its sole discretion, monitor the Website periodically and disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental or court request, to operate the Website properly or to protect itself or other users of the Website. 17. Governing legislation
BuildAnOnlineBusiness operates the Website from within the Province of Ontario, Canada. The Website is designed to comply with the laws that apply in Canada. You agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Website and/or the Content shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof by accessing or using the Website. You agree and hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Canada and/or the courts of the Province of Ontario with respect to such matters.
18. Translation.
These Terms of Service were originally written in English (CAN). We may translate these Terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Service and the English version, the English version will control.
19. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BuildAnOnlineBusiness and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of BuildAnOnlineBusiness, or by the posting by BuildAnOnlineBusiness of a revised version.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
